Meditation lempuyang Trekking

few days ago, We are doing trekking to lempuyang mountain. Lempuyang located in Karangasem regency of Bali. Part of Eastern district of Bali.
people of Bali always said that Lempuyang is God light mountain. why should be like that? couse if you climb to the Top to see mountain you will see on east side of lempuyang is Rinjani Mountain and on the west side you will see mount Agung which its the Highest mount in Bali. The simply  we can say that first sun enter to Bali fall in down in lempuyang mount.
First spot we start from first temple, half away up to mountain. we will using sarung ( balinese traditional fibric) will be handed out for everybody to wrap around the waist to cover the lower half of body . here we start the meditation.
meditation by doing Panarayama ( breathe control).  here you will touch human interaction with nature, animal, and habitat around. then we continuing to climb to top of mount.
Total of climbing time about 3 hours, thinks have you bring climb shoes, small towel, camera n jacket.
you will fell kind of renewal, more thankful to the God for your life, no stressing, and relaxing.
